Description
This Melroe Skidloader M-400 is the first year skidloaders were produced. This is a very rare machine. It runs and drives great. Tires are original style and A-1 condition. Yellow paint is A-1 and new. Bucket is excellent however painted wrong color. The bucket should be red like the body of the machine. Hydraulics are very good, red paint could use a bit of freshing up. This would make the machine perfect. Excellent Collector Item. Would look Fantastic on any showroom floor. Also would be an excellent addition to any antique power show. GUARANTEED to get more looks than any john deereA or etc.. About 700 units were produced between 1959 - 1961. The 700 units were counted as F-2, M-200, M-400. The F-2, and M-200 are 3 wheeled Models. the serial number for this machine is #1259.
