Description
| Chromium Carbide bearing Martensitic Iron with Boron and Vanadium. Resistant to severe abrasion, especially types caused by fine particles or wet erosion. Withstands low to moderate impact. As deposited hardness 6-64 HRC (700-800 HV). Total Alloy Content 43%: Chromium, Vanadium, Boron, Carbon, Iron Base. Smoother running Improved stability at lower than previously possible amperages. Higher current carrying capacity still with minimum dilution of weld metal. Deposition rates increased by as much as 100%. Electrode burn off time reduced dramatically - almost half previous at maximum amperages. |
