| VENCE TUDO EAGLE CORN HEADS WITH SHRED SELECT. Built in Brazil Now ready for the US market, very rugged well built cornhead comes with head sight and shred select rollers. Shred Select is a stalk-roll / residue‐management system for corn headers, designed to improve the way corn stalks are handled during harvest. It’s offered as part of OEM heads (like Vence Tudo) The rolls are set up with different diameters or speeds so that the tips move at different velocities. This differential (relative) speed helps tear, crack, or shatter stalks, rather than simply slicing them uniformly. There are rotary knives that are adjustable, allowing the user to change how the stalks are processed: either more “sliced” or more “linked” (i.e. leaving longer sections of stalk tied together) depending on what residue management goal you have. Improved stalk pull-down (i.e. ensuring stalks are pulled close to ground, reducing loose stalks sticking up). Cleaner fields, less erosion, more residue left in place rather than being blown or washed away.Faster decomposition of the stalk material, helping soil health for following crops.
